I have been collecting recipes, hints, tips, and information for several years. Most of these recipes have come to me from friends, family members, and others with no original author information. Other recipes on this site were created by me or have come from publications. Now, I like to give credit to the authors, but a lot of times the information just isn't available. However, if you see a recipe that is yours and would like your name and/or web page address noted as the creator, just let me know.
